Risk Management Advisory Services are an independent risk management specialist. Working with our specially selected associates we are able to assist businesses of all sizes in their risk management practices.
RMAS was established to assist businesses with a holistic review of their risks rather than the specific advice provided by the individual companies operating in their individual trade sectors. RMAS are able to take a view of a business's risks and recommend appropriate action supported where necessary by a selected sector specialist.
Risk Review
The Risk Review service is the keynote part of the RMAS service. It involves a review of the business and it processes and looks at the major risks faced by the company. This extends to include a high level review of the insurance protection with the findings summarised in a confidential report. It is anticipated that the Risk Review service will include a 1-2 hour meeting with senior management for office based risks and a 3 hour or more review for larger businesses and those involving manufacturing and other more detailed risk processes.
The cost of this Risk Review is very reasonable with smaller businesses, generally those employing up 6 - 10 employees, should expect to pay £250 plus VAT; and larger companies £500 plus VAT. We also guarantee that our service is free if we cannot identify any areas requiring action.
Follow up work identified in the Risk Review is charged for either on a daily rate or on a project basis. RMAS is VAT registered.
